The NiveusMedia Rainier offers a high level of connectivity including four open USBs, two FireWire ports, an FM tuner and a TV tuner as well as compatibility with HDTV, HDMI and HDCP. NiveusMedia has also taken measures to quite the system for an unobtrusive living room experience.

It’s core components include a Core 2 Duo T5600 processor, a GB of RAM, a 400 GB hard drive and a 256 MB Radeon X1600 core graphics card. However, for nearly $3500 we would like see 2 GBs of RAM, otherwise this is a pretty capable system.
